Roof coatings are essential to the longevity of your roof.  Without the appropriate coating, your roof will begin to see detoration.

Roof coatings are applied to the roofing membrane and have elastic properties which allow them to stretch and return to their original shape without damage.  The roof coating becomes the top layer of the roof membrane and underlying system. As such, the roof coating provides the top most layer of proetection from sunlight (both infrared and ultraviolet (UV)), rain, hail and physical damage.
